Hereford weekend

We are planning to have a weekend in the Hereford area Friday October 8th to Sunday 10th. 8-)

We will have more information at the planning meeting for those that are interested in going.

This is just to give people a chance to look at their dairy and make plans. :lol:

Mainly, it will be a run down on the Friday, a good days motoring on Saturday, with some stunning roads and views. A short run on Sunday that will take us homewards.

Stopping at the Travelodge just on the outskirts of Hereford. 8-)

Hi All
Marian and I have booked the hotel. Make sure you book the correct Travelodge as there are two in Hereford.
We were offered a price of £99ish, which could be cancelled, or a reduced rate of £70 which was non refundable. We opted for the £70 and the next screen offered us cancellation insurance for £1.50!!!
So, that looks to be the best bet. We believe the price may rise later so if you want to book - get going.

Can i ask those people who have booked to go on this weekend to let us know.

Then we will have an idea of numbers of people attending. :shock:

We also need to know so that we can organize part of the room at the pub to be set aside for our use.
